As I enter the small town of Blackvale, Pennsylvania, I see just the bare skeleton of a city, the town center sparsely populated, stores barely hanging on, losing business to the Walmart down the road. What was the cause of this economic stagnation? You see, this was one of the many outlets of the Illuminati, the secret world government.
