Russians get to have a fun play act and vote

The Russian population today got to participate in a fun group theater game, where they all went to the polls and pretended to vote on who would be the next president.

One Russian, Yuri Romanov, described the sheer joy of it. "It's just so much fun. My character is a really serious guy who loves to wear turtle necks and discuss who would be the better pick, and then he goes with ... you know, before he decides he might as well go traditional and pick Putin. I just love doing it, and it really ignites that old dream of mine to be an actor."

Every single other Russian citizen said that it really warms them up to do something, they hope, almost anything. They figure some day they'll do a political action that won't be an act, you know, maybe? But like most dreams in the creative fields, it's a long shot.
